Working with Esther was such a wonderful experience. From the start, her design sense, prep work, staging, and marketing made our home shine—we became a “Hot Home” in just two days and had more than 40 groups come through, leading to multiple offers.

When unexpected challenges came up and the buyer switched lenders twice, Esther kept everything moving smoothly and made sure we still closed on time—and over asking. Esther recently sold my parent's home. I have worked with numerous real estate agents and the level of service Esther provided was head and shoulders above anything I have experienced. Esther Zhang was truly amazing. She's available 24x7 to answer all of your questions and extremely knowledgeable on how to get the best deal for you.She summed up various documents of disclosures in a concise manner which really helped us, being first time home buyers. We had multiple challenges during our contract phase however, esther actively worked with us to figure out solutions. She truly was available 24x7 and travelled more than once to property location to check for multiple details. I highly recommend her!

Esther was great at closing the sale of our house in Sunnyvale. She was very approachable and responsive to all our questions, every step of the way, no matter the time of the day or weekend. She knew the local area well. At the beginning, she evaluated what our goals and objectives were, and what our budget was to get house ready. After she did an inspection of our home, she gave a quick overview of the main things that needed to be done, before it went on the market. She then worked with her vendors and gave us an estimate of the labor and material costs, which turned out to be extremely accurate.

She is positive and realistic, and did not look at problems along the way, as setbacks, but actively and collaboratively looked for solutions. She had a good team behind her at Coldwell Banker, that she leaned on for any issues. She worked closely with vendors, and saved us a lot of time. She has a good set of vendors working for her team, and that helped as well.

From working with vendors, to working with inspection agents, title companies, HOA, she worked seamlessly!

She is enthusiastic and has a great attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes. We enjoyed working with her and her team and would highly recommend her!

We recently purchased a house in west San Jose with Esther as our agent.
During our search phase, Esther was very prompt and active in helping us tour properties, even on short notice.
Our contract phase was especially challenging. The seller agent was not pleasant to work with and had misrepresented some details of the property. Esther handled this situation calmly and helped us all the way through.
We appreciate working with her and she is very reachable even afterwards and always willing to help.

We've worked with a number of real estate agents in the past, but Esther redefined our expectations of how valuable having the right real estate agent could really be throughout every stage of the process and first time homebuyers.

During the touring stage, Esther is not only there for you at private tours and open houses to answer your questions, but also helps you envision what it would be like to live at the place. She proactively surfaces properties you might be interested in, and translates endless pages of disclosure docs into actual info that makes sense. Her knowledge of the area and market was incredibly detailed, which made us feel both informed and confident in each step of the process. And the rapport she builds with the seller agents in the area really helped us get a better understanding beyond what we could have done reading disclosures or even working with other agents.

When we finally landed on the house we wanted to bid on, Esther was with us every step of the way. Even though she was on vacation in a completely different time zone, she went above and beyond to ensure everything moved smoothly and on time. Her commitment and expertise made the whole experience less scary and stressful.

Even after closing Esther has continued to support our home owning journey. She connected us with a contractor that we loved working with, that helped us make the changes we were envisioning for the home. We really couldn't recommend her highly enough!

We can't thank our realtor Esther enough for helping us find our dream home in San Jose! From the initial search to closing the deal, Esther were with us every step of the way. Esther did lot of market research and provided the data to help with making the offer pricing and her expert knowledge of the area and sharp negotiation skills helped us secure the right property.
She also provided some god reference for mortgage lenders.
She also walked us through the process after the home purchase and helped with some good referrals for doing some basic stuff at the house.

My husband and I met Esther at an open house in the early stage of our home searching process. We decided to work with Esther because of her proactive approach and patience with us. From our initial meeting to the final closing, Esther has been very responsive and never pushy. She would always make herself available when we have questions or would like to see homes we are interested in, even on a short notice. When we were ready to put in offers for the homes we liked, she would listen carefully to our views, and at the same time provide sufficient information to help us make informed decisions. By the time we finally found the right home after months of searching, Esther went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth closing process. She was the key liaison among all parties involved and was on the lookout for us even when we were away. Esther is also a very resourceful agent.
