Ethan Pickett's foray into real estate began through exposure to the impressive new development projects that are changing the skylines in New York, Chicago and Miami. Seeing the concepts come to life, from initial idea to the architecture, interior design and on to sales and marketing changed the way that he viewed real estate and he quickly realized a passion for helping people fulfill their real estate dreams.

With a focus on waterfront homes and condos of Miami Beach and the surrounding areas, he represents buyers, sellers and investors with the skill and determination of a seasoned agent.

Originally from a small Wisconsin town, Ethan attended college in Iowa on a basketball scholarship before moving to Aarhus, Denmark where he trained for the Olympic sport of Team Handball, in which he remains a member of Team USA. He spent two years in Chicago before making his home in Miami Beach where he enjoys spending time taking advantage of the year-round weather boating, fishing and golfing.
