EUGENE HOLMES SOLD MY PROPERTY QUICK, QUICKER THAN I EXPECTED. THE VALUE WAS OVER $400,000. THEREFORE I EXPECTED IT TO SIT FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS OR MORE, BUT NOT WITH EUGENE. HE SOLD IT IN A RECORD BREAKING TIME.
