For my buyers, I will set you up with a custom MLS property search, which is the best MLS search on the market, because it is setup by a Realtor. All I need is your specific search criteria, such as; what cities, min. number of beds and baths, max. price, etc., and then I setup your custom search on my laptop, and it emails you a link so you can look at all the properties that match your search criteria. The custom search allows you to save the properties you like in a “Favorites” or “Possibilities” files, and it notifies you immediately of new listing that match your search criteria, and when a property goes in Escrow and is no longer available, and price decreases, etc. You can also delete any properties you are not interested in.
