Eunice became a Residential Real Estate Broker in 1981. Eunice was the first RE/MAX Agent in Kingwood. In 2017 she was named Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors.
Her educational designations include Graduate of the Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyers' Representation, and the Certified Residential Specialist designation, joining the top 5% of Realtors nationwide. In 2006, Eunice received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. She has been a member of the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame since 1982, placing her in the top 2% of all RE/MAX Realtors nationwide. Kingwood had approximately 5000 residents at the time Eunice arrived in 1976. Many of her clients sold over the past 42+ years are children of her original clients. Her ability to satisfy her clients accounts for the fact that 90% of her business comes from referrals. Eunice is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and served as past President of the Northeast Multiple Listing Service through the Houston Association of Realtors. Eunice is assisted by her husband Rod who has been a Realtor since 1983. Eunice continues to Quietly Sell Homes in Kingwood and other nearby communities such as Eagle Springs, Fall Creek, Atascocita, Summerwood, Walden on Lake Houston and The Woodlands.
