Eva is an outstanding real estate agent. She really understands her client's needs.
Based on our requirements, we toured a house that was off market. Initially, we were not very convinced with that house and also felt that it was a stretch. We went about seeing several other open houses. What we realized is that, the house that Eva showed actually met all of our needs and even we liked it the best.
We also needed to sell our current house before buying the bigger house.
She got our home ready in no time - painting, deep cleaning, inspections, gardening work and staging. All done within a week! And the house was sold in 2 days for more than what we were expecting. Thanks to that, we were able to afford the bigger house which seemed out of reach before. We were able to close both the houses on time.

Eva Tia is my favorite realtor, recently we sold a house in Livermore, first when I meet Eva, by just Spending a few minutes with her during a consultation, I know I found the right person, I know I’m in good hands, the trust was well earned and deserved, she’s professional, knowledgeable, supportive, kind and caring, she’s know exactly the market needed to be done to get the house ready, she’s quickly arranged for handyman, painter, stagers, landscaper and cleaner, also she has teammates :Karen’s ,Shannon’s , , and Barbara’ excellent work together, whatever you have any questions and concerns. Eva’s a very nice and caring person, she works hard for her clients and expert negotiator, I was extremely happy with the result , the house sold at 6 days , Wow, I’m So Happy. working with Eva was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend her!

I recently closed a deal with Eva. She's extremely professional and friendly. Probably the most personable agent I've ever met. I've been buying, selling, and investing in real estate for about 10 years now, and I've met many agents over the years. Along the way I've met some agents I can call friends, and I've met some agents I would never want to introduce to anyone. Eva would get my 100% support. Not only did she help me fix issues with my house and scheduled inspections, she even negotiated for me and helped me save more money during the close. Eva has been amazing to work with. We bought a house in Pleasanton with her as our realtor. If it wasn't for her, we would have probably not gotten the house due to complex loan situation and circumstances. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything related to homes and buying/selling, and also has a great network for any connections needed.
