Evan Cochren

Evan Cochren has recently joined his parents' successful Real Estate Team in his hometown Lake Elsinore. Growing up, Evan was always fascinated by the real estate industry and would often accompany his parents on their property visits and client meetings. This early exposure to the business sparked his interest in pursuing a career in real estate.

After completing his education, Evan obtained his real estate license and immediately joined his parents' Real Estate Team. He is excited to work alongside his experienced and successful parents and is eager to learn from them.

Evan has a strong work ethic and is driven to succeed in the industry.

Evan is a dedicated and passionate real estate agent who puts his clients first. He understands that buying or selling a property can be a stressful experience, and he works hard to ensure that his clients have a smooth and successful transaction.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys playing golf, basketball, football, working out and spending time with his family and friends. He is also active in his local community and volunteers with several charitable organizations.
