Initially purchasing in Lakeville eleven years ago with his Partner John as weekenders, Evan had been an agent for fifteen years focusing on lower Fairfield County and now is happy to call the Northwest Corner his primary residence. Having renovated and sold several homes in Salisbury, he appreciates what his clients are looking for, the commitment it takes when choosing a new home, and is happy to share ideas with them to ensure they feel comfortable in their decisions. In addition to real estate, he currently serves as Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Connecticut which works to develop affordable housing solutions in the local communities.
