With an innate passion for serving his clients at the highest level possible, Evan has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams in the Greater Charleston, South Carolina area since 2015. After eight years of helping a local team go from infancy to 20+ successful agents selling over 400 homes per year, Evan developed a deep desire to bring his hospitality roots into his real estate business and focus on developing true, authentic relationships with his clients through relentless white-glove service, care and support. In early 2023, Evan launched Authentic Home Advisors, LLC, a client-focused real estate sales team driven almost 100% by referrals from past clients and those that have come to know and trust Evan and his team as their local real estate experts.
