Evan Griffith leads the top-producing team in the Boston Marcus & Millichap office. Together with Tony Pepdjonovic they have formed a collaborative investment sales team focusing on the New England market. They are dedicated to being "relationship-oriented" with the crux of the team's focus on multi-family , mixed-use buildings as well as guiding clients through the 1031 exchange process.

Evan is very active in the Massachusetts real estate investment community and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Rental Housing Association (RHA). He is a long time volunteer with the Achilles Freedom Team of Wounded Veterans (NYC) whose sole focus is to help rehabilitate wounded members of the U.S. Military through marathons and road races. Evan has closed millions of dollars in real estate transactions representing over 5,000 rental units.
