I’m Evan Kishineff, a dedicated real estate professional based in Petaluma and proudly serving Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties. As a long-time North Bay resident with deep roots in the community, I help buyers and sellers navigate the local real estate market with confidence, clarity, and care.
A North Bay Native with Real Estate in My Blood
Raised in Napa and a Petaluma resident since 2004, I grew up immersed in the world of real estate. My family ran their own brokerage in the 1980s, and I learned the fundamentals of home construction and property management from a young age working on my parents’ investment properties. Real estate isn’t just my career—it’s a lifelong passion.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I earned my degree in Environmental Studies and Planning from Sonoma State University and worked as a city planner. That background gives me a unique edge when it comes to understanding zoning, land use, and development potential—critical insights that help my clients make informed decisions, especially when buying or investing.

Giving back is at the core of my business. I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for Food For Thought Food Bank, a leader in Sonoma County’s Food Is Medicine movement, and I’m a COTS Agent for Change, supporting the fight against homelessness. I also host and participate in multiple community events throughout the year.
