Evan Loo

Evan is a Realtor® and California native who moved to Arizona in 2018. After spending years in tech sales, he realized the money he had been saving could be put to better use outside of a checking account. Since moving to Arizona (and reading Rich Dad Poor Dad), Evan’s invested in single family, multifamily and short-term rental properties, acquired his real estate license and opened a yoga studio!

Evan left his day job at the end of 2019 to pursue real estate and entrepreneurial investments full time and has not looked back. He is enthusiastic about serving others, building relationships, golfing, working out, pursuing financial freedom and of course, his puppy Lucy.

Building wealth is a huge passion for Evan, and he knows good things are in store for him if he serves others with humility, transparency and with their best interests in mind. Evan looks forward to working with you in whatever capacity he can, and if there are things, he can’t assist you with, he hopes to have a great partner to refer to you!
