Evan Monroe

Evan T. Monroe was born and raised in Pasadena, CA. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California, where he first developed an interest in the world of commercial real estate. During his time at USC, Evan studied topics ranging from Macroeconomics and Consumer Behavior to Behavioral Genetics and Cognitive Neuroscience. As a Multifamily/Apartment Investment Associate with Growth Investment Group, Evan utilizes his detailed market knowledge, strong interpersonal communication skills, and familiarity with the East Los Angeles, Highland Park, and Eagle Rock communities to provide excellent advisory services to multi-family investors in the area. Outside of commercial real estate, Evan is also passionate about travel, language learning, creative writing, and film.
