Evan Morris started his career in 2005 working for corporate developers in Florida selling pre-construction luxury condominiums and single family homes in some of the most highly desired communities of Southwest Florida. He also became the exclusive rental referral agent for many well-known developers, helping investors, and their own clients lease their properties.

Through Evan’s well-rounded real estate experience in helping clients buy, sell, and lease their properties in the up and down turn of the Florida real estate market, he felt it was time to make the move to San Diego to be closer to family. He then was able to offer his valuable experience to Orion Management & Realty, Inc. based in the Golden Hill, South Park neighborhood.

Since the move Evan has helped clients buy and sell their most personal possession. His extensive knowledge of the San Diego area has helped him deliver results to his clients in the most competitive of markets. His calm and professional demeanor along with a strong and efficient work ethic helps him provide the highest quality of service available in the Real Estate Industry today.

Evan lives a very healthy life. His dedication to helping others has been the bright spot of his life. In his personal time he travels the country playing in competitive softball tournaments. His desire for fine dining keeps him exploring new cultures through the diverse culinary community of San Diego. His curiosity of design and real estate has helped him invest and beautify his own homes as well.
