As a Certified Residential Appraiser, I know that every home has a story, a structure, and a value that isn’t always obvious at first glance. I enjoy helping buyers and sellers see the full picture so they can make confident, informed decisions whether they are purchasing their first home, downsizing, relocating, or buying a luxury property.
