About Eve

Hi, I’m Eve Olasov—Charleston native, Broker in Charge, and proud founder of Luxury Land and Homes, Inc. I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate in my hometown since 1988, and yes, that makes me a seasoned pro—but more importantly, it means I genuinely love what I do.

Real estate is rarely simple. It’s emotional, it’s financial, and it’s deeply personal. That’s why I approach every transaction with a mix of sharp market insight, clear communication, and a calm, strategic mindset. I’ve always had a knack for cutting through the noise, finding the heart of the deal, and negotiating with confidence and care.

My roots here run deep. I’m a third-generation Olasov in Charleston real estate. I studied psychology and communication arts at the University of Wisconsin–Madison (back in the good old hippie days), and spent over a decade as a TV program and promotions director at WCSC-TV. That background in media and messaging continues to shape the way I market properties today—including through the four real estate websites I’ve built from the ground up. I’m hands-on, high-touch, and not afraid to dive into the HTML code when needed.
