Eve Rose

Eve Rose began her career in Real Estate when her youngest child entered kindergaten in 1978. In her career, she has helped many happy buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Eve is considered a wonderful resource by other agents, as well, since she has much expertise in the San Fernando and Conejo Valley markets. She has mentored and trained many new agents and acted as assistant manager and transaction coordinator for over 5 years. She is proficient in all areas, including REOs, short sales, senior housing, and much more. Eve has also served as an expert witness in several real estate related cases. She is well-liked and respected throughout the industry and is a graduate of CSUN in Psychology, business & teaching.

When she is not busy showing and selling homes, Eve likes to relax by taking her English Springer Spaniel doggies for walks and to the dog park, or attend a class to learn something new. She also loves to Skype with her children, grandchildren, & friends when she can't see them in person.
