Evelyn Rosling is a trusted real estate veteran providing 22 years of heart-centered, personalized service and unwavering commitment to excellence. Working exclusively by referral, Evelyn started her real estate career in Portland with Coldwell Banker and John L. Scott. When national home builder; DR Horton, entered the Portland market in 2000, they recruited Evelyn as their first sales hire to market their high-end home community. In 2004, Evelyn and her husband/partner, Steve Rosling, formed their own agency; Park Place Real Estate. They grew the company to 25 brokers who share their core values of honesty, integrity and putting their clients’ needs first and foremost. When CSIR approached Steve & Evelyn to merge, they felt it was the right time and partnership. They value the innovative marketing platforms and global reach the Sotheby’s brand has to offer. Prior to real estate, Evelyn held a distinguished hotel management career in San Francisco as a sales & marketing executive for luxury hotel brands; Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Inter-Continental. With the merge of Park Place and CSIR, Evelyn is looking forward to having more time to take care of her clients, ailing Mom and spirited teenage son; Hunter.
