Hello, my name is Marjan and Evelyn was our agent on a resent home purchase.

I would like to glorify all the aspects of her involvement on the deal. She is educated, insightful , knows the local market , trends and areas, she is a greate negotiator, a patient person with great interpersonal skills. She can give you all then correct information to make the right decision.

What set her off from all the other agents is that she cares for the client , she wound not push you in a deal just to get the commissions and run like other agents do , she will not sugar coat a house to get you to buy , she will be honest as if she is buying for her self and she will tell you directly if some house is good or not, believe or not she even told me to back off from a deal that was overvalued or had issues , protecting my interests first.

I am eternally great full for her involvement with my purchase , and as I told her , after this home purchase she is no longer my agent but my friend.

When it was time to put my place up for sale on the market, I remembered the very efficient marketing emails I kept receiving from Evelyne Cook whom I did not know then. They were well written, with impactful messages and photos about the properties she was featuring but also cleverly drafted to highlight her knowledge of the market in our area. I contacted her immediately. As an out of state seller, my transaction was not going to be text book! During our first conversation, I shared my expectation for the listing agent I was going to hire: thoroughness, reactivity, attention to details, high level of communication and flexibility. Boy did she not disappoint! Evelyne marketed my property right away, handled a very difficult tenant (she deserves a medal just for that one!), kept me updated on every showings with notes and feedbacks, dug out information by reaching out to her partners when needed, put me in touch with title Company and attorney when I had questions. She kept a close eye on our competition to be price reactive if necessary. She also went above the call of duty by helping with the tenant vacating the premises and acting on my behalf. In less than a week on the market, we were under contract! But then she did not stop here, keeping track of the good progress of the transaction and making sure that everything was going smoothly. I have worked with many agents and she is by far the best. Her knowledge of the processes and the real estate market in the area makes her an awesome weapon and partner for any seller or buyer. If I ever invest in real estate in Florida again, there is no one else I would pick to represent me.Evelyne is a gem.

Evelyn is a very wonderful, professional, and a very hard working individual.
