Relocating from one state to another is never easy. Add to that the urgency of the situation, and we have a recipe for a potential disaster. That was averted, however, due to the expertise and experience of Mr Everton Lindo. He went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our needs and to explain how things work, real estate laws, taxes, what is involved when you buy cash versus when you finance, the rights of a buyer/seller in a different state. I was shocked to learn the vast differences involved. Thanks to Everton, I was ready and equipped with the knowledge necessary when I showed up on the day of closing.
