Everton was a Godsent! I was a first time homebuyer and didn’t know where to start. I reached out to Everton after being referred to him by someone else. He promptly responded back to my message and we set up a time to meet. When we met we spoke for over a hour about what I was looking for. Telling my friends this I found out that this was not something realtors normally do.

Everton informed me that he wanted to speak to me face to face so that he could understand where I was in the home buying process. He made sure to ask me my expectations and reassured me that the process would not be a rushed one.

He’s very patient, kind, and transparent. He made sure to listen and look for non verbal cues when we were looking at properties. This allowed me to take time and look for a property that best fit my needs.

Everton is an amazing realtor and I’d recommend anyone to go seek out his services!
