Evette is the best realtor in Philadelphia! Not only did she help me buy my first house in 2015 she helped me sell it this year in 2022. She’s more than just a business woman she’s empathetic to your needs personally and financially. I have worked with Evette on multiple occasions. The first was when my grandmother passed and I was responsible for everything, including the sale of her home under a reverse mortgage. I was completely uneducated and brand new to the process, and she guided me through each step of the way. During such a chaotic and emotional time, she made something I expected to be another painful burden go smoothly.

Since then, she helped me buy a house and has always been available to answer questions as I am hoping to sell my house and buy again next year. I try to refer anyone I know to her because each time I've worked with her, I felt like she had my genuine interest at heart. She would never push someone to make a move that could end up being trouble in the future. For me that means a lot because I struggle to trust people if I think making the sale is the priority over serving their client. Evette is the best, and as long as she is in business, she will always be my realtor!
