Evonne has worked in International Marketing and Real Estate for over twenty years.

She will use all her marketing and real estate knowledge and expertise, coupled with a range of marketing tools to expose your property to the widest possible range of qualified buyers. Evonne also works tirelessly with buyers on all aspects of the home purchase, from initial searches, to constant assistance with every detail of the home buying process.

She has lived in the North Shore, Massachusetts since 2000. She currently resides in Manchester by the Sea, with her husband and two daughters. She knows the area inside out and upside down!

Evonne listens attentively to her clients, staying focused on their personal needs and goals. She then keeps every transaction on track with her strong organizational and communication skills. She will provide her clients with detailed market analysis, CMA's, negotiation tactics and constant attention to every detail of a potential home purchase or sale. The end result is that the client is supported fully throughout the process and is then entirely comfortable with their eventual purchase.

Evonne is an active member of the North Shore, having served many years on various PTO committees for Manchester Memorial elementary school, as well as six years as Treasurer for the Manchester Cultural Council. She currently serves on the Historic District Commission for Manchester-by-the-Sea.

Evonne has a B.A.(Honors) from the University of Lincoln, England, in European Business Studies. She is also fluent in French.
