Great experience selling home with Agent Gregg Katzenmaier. He explained entire process, document signage, answering all my questions - keeping the lines of communication open from beginning to end. Ashley Erickson is such a phenomenal team player! Since we lived in AZ she coordinated finding us a local agent to sell our first home and stayed in touch the through the process which was so heart warming. Afterwards we moved out of state and we again sought her guidance in a new local agent with the KW team. She comforted us along the way checking in to be sure we were getting the best care and the process was going smooth. We loved the wonderful people she knew who helped with the mortgaging too. It was a seamless one call fairy godmother experience! We only work with referrals in our world and were so pleased we made this call.

Ryan worked tirelessly at finding us a home. It was a “seller’s market” and being the buyer during that time was often disappointing because of those buyers with deeper pockets. Ryan did not become discouraged but rather plowed ahead with a deep commitment and a great eye for possibilities in each home we saw.
He knows his stuff when it comes to houses- what they are- what they should be and what they could be!!!

I have known Jake Rostberg for 12 years now. He became a great friend of the family soon after I brought him on as my realtor when I lived in Cambridge Minnesota. He went over and beyond just being a realtor to me. Jake made sure my house pryer to putting on the market.was where it needed to be as best as it could be prior to selling. And the effort he put in to help with repairs, paint etc were unbelievable. Not to say for the search of my now new place that is Home! Jakes selflessness is amazing how he takes care of his clients.
