From the very beginning Eze was honest and upfront with what to expect in the process. When we were ready to begin looking for a home and sell our home, he was ready. It only took 1 open house and several showings during that week for someone to fall in love with our former house. The challenge came in securing a home simultaneously and we did it. There were a lot of ups and downs and disappointments but Eze always remained calm and was like our anchor in the housing storm. We can't thank him or Fathom Realty enough for assisting us in this process. We are so happy we went with him. Don't waste your time on the rest, go with the best.

I had a great time working with Eze Amadi to find the right home for me, in January of 2020. I was going through the process alone (as a first time home buyer) and found comfort in Eze's honesty, pragmatism, and sense of humor. Even before searching for houses, Eze and I had an in-depth discussion about finances where he used his wealth of knowledge in the financial arena and personal experiences to paint a clear picture of what homeownership would look like for me. I found this invaluable. I also asked a lot of questions during the entire process (as I'm known to do) and he proved to be extremely well informed, and answered me in a manner that matched my current understanding of the system.

It's been a little over five months now and I'm still extremely happy with my purchase and confident that I went about things the right way.

Long story short, Eze is a great realtor, he genuinely cares about people, and if you work with him you'll have a lot of fun finding your new home.
