This was my first home purchase and I feel blessed and fortunate to have been able to work with Fahed Khatib. I know realtors are busy, but I had no clue to what extent Fahed went through to ensure I was informed each step of the way and felt confident and happy in my purchase. I started my home buying journey middle of January, found the home I loved and put an offer in mid Feb, and closed by mid March. While that may seem seamless, it was truly Fahed doing all the behind the scenes work, often from his car, followed with late nighters, getting all the eggs in a row. I strongly recommend Fahed for anyone looking to purchase a home. His professionalism is demonstrated in his patience, his exuberance and passion to the job, and most of all in his direct honesty and care to the client. Thank you Fahed, I will for sure come to you for the next one.

I was a first time home buyer who was very unsure of what I needed to look for when visiting potential houses, but Fahed made things incredibly easy and made fantastic recommendations every step of the way. I gave him the general things I was looking for and he would always send me new listings before I was able to see them for myself. The home I ended up purchasing was one that he'd found that slipped through the cracks for lots of people, which he later helped me negotiate my price down on, and I'm currently thrilled to be living in. Fahed was able to be naturally personable and knowledgeable whenever I would make mistakes, and stern enough to get things done when they needed them to be; I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know who was thinking about buying a home
