Bought New Home and Sold Old Home through Faheem!
Faheem sold us a new home and was with us every step of the way during that transaction. He was professional, a great communicator and very helpful. We decided after several conversations to list our old home with Faheem. He brought with him a patient and confident attitude, and extremely current technology and tools for the marketing of our home. The photography made our home look like a half million dollar property, even though it was a quite modest house. The signage and listing were something we were very proud of. Best of all, our home was sold to a verified cash buyer within 2 weeks. We cannot say enough about the fantastic job Faheem did for us. You can be confident he will do the same for you. Faheem was very attentive to our every question or concern. His legal and market knowledge are the best we have ever experienced.

Faheem is the greatest realtor, Ive worked with a few in the past and no one worked as diligently and professional as he did. He is caring, consistent and extremely knowledgeable as well.
