Faith Ulate

Faith Ulate grew up in Whatcom County and knows the area well. After graduating high school, Faith Ulate studied in Europe and eventually made her way to Costa Rica with the goal of Spanish fluency in mind. It was there that Faith Ulate met her husband. They lived in Central America for 11 years, and Faith Ulate sold real estate to people from all over the world as a relocation specialist, home stager and decorator. Faith Ulate also had the privilege of participating in real estate on television, most notably on HGTV’s House Hunters International.

Her clients are her personal priority and Faith Ulate strives daily to give them the world-class customer service they deserve and expect.
