Faith Vance is an EXCELLENT relator. She is very responsive, gives excellent advice about buying and selling homes. She just listed my home and guided the sale in a professional manor in which she was juggling 3 offers at once. Our sale was successful and swift and went for over asking price. When it came time to make a few enhancements because of the home inspection she had the right people to call immediately to fix the issues. I highly recommend Faith as a relator!

Faith and her team were wonderful to work with on the purchase of our 2nd home. She was so responsive . We were out of state and she was so good with reviewing the houses and being very honest with us on if it was a good house or one we should pass on and wait for the perfect house. With her house we found a perfect fit for us . She helped us navigate the whole process while we were remote. I would highly recommend her to anyone .

Let me put it this way - “A Man Who Is His Own Lawyer Has A Fool for a Client.” And an average Individual/Homeowner in this crazy market, who happens to thinks they understand the real estate market in Arizona is no different. Faith, is absolutely amazing and she truly is the best at what she does, but unlike most top tier agents, Faith is personable and understanding, she listens and adapts! The best thing anyone can do is put their trust in her and take a back seat to let her drive! She knows what she is doing and she can deliver! She not only did that for us selling our home, but buying our next! We have our boy's in the schools we wanted, we have established a future where we plan to grow, and we have it all because of her! Some things are best to trust in the process or to have some FAITH. With her you get both!

Faith has helped us through 4 moves. A few years ago I expressed interest in a rental through Zillow in the off chance we could get a quick appointment with little advanced notice. Faith replied almost immediately and was able to show us not only the home we expressed in, but 4 others in the neighborhood! Her responsiveness at that time created a first impression about her responsiveness and knowledge that she has maintained throughout our relationship. She has since represented us through two home purchases and one sale. She is very knowledgeable about the market, gives great advice, and isn't afraid to tell it like it is. She fearlessly represented us to ensure we got the best price for our home and negotiated skillfully to ensure we ended up with the home we wanted. Even more importantly, she has become a true friend and valued advisor.
