Fallon Thomas

Fallon was born and raised in Arkansas. Growing up in Arkansas allowed her to interact with many different cultures on a daily basis. She witnessed the tremendous growth in real estate and this spurred her passion to help all people achieve the American dream of home ownership.

Moving to Georgia in 2010, Fallon begin working for a major healthcare company in Atlanta. She co-facilitated a group called AOH (Ambassadors of Happiness) and begin planning events for the staff to encourage employee engagement and boost morale. She spent 6 years developing a foundation of understanding the needs of others and embracing creative thinking and problem solving. Although she loved working in healthcare, She decided it was time to combine the two things she loves and is passionate about…her desire to help people and her love of all things Real Estate!

As a REALTOR®, Fallon continues to apply her creative thinking and problem solving skills to meet the needs of her clients. After interviewing several top brokerages south of Atlanta, Fallon partnered with the largest real estate office in Fayette and Coweta County - Keller Williams. She began her journey by working for Keller Williams as the Director of Agent Services. In this role, her passion for real estate begin to grow deeper and she discovered a new found gift - teaching. Fallon is now one of the Technology Ambassadors for Keller Williams and loves her ability to teach other Realtors how to use marketing and technology to grow their business and help their clients.
