We chose Fancy for both of our homes over the years. 2000 and 2007 and recently my daughter just bought her 1st home. She is for sure the one I trusted in the scary process. I was so glad that my daughter chose her as well. I could rest easy knowing that she was in great hands.

My childhood home was pending, I wasn't interested in buying, just viewing for nostalgic sake for myself and my Dad and brother. Fancy let us view it even though none of us were interested in buying. That meant a lot to all of us. She's been our relator ever since, sold our home and now with us to purchase our new one. Small unassuming things can lead to bigger ones, age took the time for us when she didn't have to and now she's the ONLY relator we will ever use again and the only one we'll ever recommend!!

Ya’ll this lady is amazing! While selling our home started a new season of life for us, it was so bittersweet and difficult for us to take this step. Fancy realized this and made this process absolutely stress free from start to finish! From the time it was listed thru the date we closed, we didn’t have a care in the world because we knew she had it covered and boy did she!
