Education and Professional Background:
As a graduate of the University of Washington, Fara has achieved a master’s degree in Urban Planning Specialized in Urban Design. She has also received her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), along with her CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional). She is also a member of both Seattle King County associations of realtors as well the National Association of Realtors. In an ever-fluctuating real estate climate, Fara believes that she must keep her real estate skills sharpened. To do so she regularly attends educational seminars, networking meetings, workshops, and brainstorming events with other agents to help introduce new and innovating ideas that will help better serve her clients.
Personal info:
Fara has lived in many different areas in the United States including Michigan, Oregon, and California. As a result, she has the firsthand experience in upheaval moves, both large and small. These experiences have helped her to relate on a personal level to the process of buying and selling a home, whether it is a simple move or a large relocation. Living in Kirkland, she specializes in working with both buyers and sellers throughout the greater Seattle area as well as the Eastside. One of the many things that she loves about these areas is the diversity and family appeal that comes along with the brilliant locations. If she is not spending time working to achieve your goals, Fara is spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves to walk, workout, boating, and attend football or lacrosse games. As a parent of two young adults who have grown up in these areas, she has developed an extensive knowledge of the schools, communities, area attractions, and traffic patterns in both Seattle and the Eastside.
She also supports Windermere Foundation and donates her time each year to enhance and build a better community.
