Farrell has experience in selling not only Country Homes and Homes in town, but Farms, Ranches, Land, and Commercial properties. Farrell has sold real estate all over East Texas. He has brought several properties to Auction highly benefiting the seller. He is a member of the NAA, National Association of Auctioneers, and the TAA, Texas Association of Auctioneers. Farrell Maintains memberships in both Longview and Tyler MLSs and through the Broker in NTREIS (DFW area) which covers the majority of North and Northeast Texas. H5 Auction & Realty Broker is licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Farrell has much experience in working with out-of-state buyers and sellers. Clients have come from cities all over Texas and other states like California, Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Oregon, Louisiana, Ohio, Nebraska, and others.
In 2013 Farrell retired from a career in Law Enforcement as Chief of Police. During his LE career, he served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Police Chiefs Association. He was an Emergency Management Coordinator, a Certified Firearms Instructor, Crime Scene Technician, and Special Investigator, and earned many other certifications and awards.
Farrell has lived in Gladewater since 1990. He and his wife Kay have three grown children. Farrell serves his community in many ways. He is the President of the Gladewater Chamber of Commerce, Past President Gladewater Lions Club, and serves on the City of Gladewater Beautification Board, and Planning and Zoning Board. Farrell is the Bi-Vocational Pastor of Eastview Baptist Church Kilgore. Farrell is also educated in Economic Development and is a Certified Economic Developer through TEDC.
