A Tennessee native, Farrell moved to Savannah, GA after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Management concentration in Business Marketing from East Tennessee State University. Farrell spent 7 years in the finance industry splitting her time between Savannah and Dallas. Savannah's historic charm and downtown lifestyle was the deciding factor in making Savannah home for her and her husband.

After purchasing and renovating several downtown properties, she quickly found her passion for real estate. Without hesitation, this led her to a shift in her career path to real estate with Engel and Völkers. She has been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the best in the business and become familiar with various locations throughout the Lowcountry.
