I recently had the opportunity to work with Faruk and buy my first home in York, PA. It took some
time to find the right home. Faruk was very meticulous about every house we viewed, which I appreciated because he wanted to sell me the house that would best suite me. He answered late calls and text messages every day of the week, weekends included. My reason for giving a 4/5 was for the inspection service he recommended. A year after my purchase, I discovered the basement at my house as well as the breaker box floods and am disappointed that the inspection service he recommended did not catch this. Now, I have an extra expense due to this oversight.
