Fatima Plummer

Fatima Plummer is a lifelong advocate, speaker, and Realtor whose work has spanned youth justice, healthcare, and community development. She helped launch the National Foster Alumni organization and worked with national leaders to push for foster care reform. Her dedication earned her recognition from Children's Rights Inc. Over the years, she also worked alongside development groups in Manhattan and Brooklyn to uplift underserved neighborhoods and spent more than 20 years in healthcare, always leading with empathy and advocacy.

Today, as a Realtor in Central Florida, Fatima draws from her own experience growing up in New York City, where renting was the norm and homeownership felt out of reach. She is on a mission to change that narrative. She empowers her clients with knowledge, guidance, and care as they take steps toward building equity and long-term stability.
