With Faustino, it feels, justifiably, like you are in the buying or selling situation with a knowledgeable and professional friend, as opposed to some fast-talking, pushy agent. You will see from the first minute, he treats you like a person, not a number. He is very respectful, always made it clear that we were "in the driver's seat". Asked if we would like suggestions for improving the sale value of the property, which we gratefully accepted and acted upon. Result: Sold property for well-above market. Was supportive and helpful EVERY step of the way. Always answered questions/concerns in timely (Dare I say rapid?) and accurate fashion. Extremely flexible in dealing with issues which inevitably come up in serious transactions like this, rearranging his schedule to accommodate our needs. His extensive experience gives him a justifiable confidence that allows him to provide a level of comfort to his clients when it is unclear what they need to expect next. Why anyone would entrust such an important transaction to anyone of LESSER caliber is beyond me, when Faustino is available. WELL-worth the investment, pays for himself on the strength of the renovation recommendations ALONE. But the greatest value is the Professional advocacy and assurance that he provides you. You never have to worry when Faustino is the agent representing you, as he has done for my wife and I as BOTH buyers, AND Sellers. WELL DONE Sir!

2020 is not the ideal year to buy a house! But we were determined and we could NOT have done it without Faustino’s guidance every step of the way! He really focused in on what we were specifically looking for in a home and took into consideration all the details of what mattered most to us, never pushing us towards something that wasn’t what we wanted. He took calls/texts/zooms all hours of the day and night and weekends, which was a huge deal for two people who work full time and have kids distance learning. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous, but also just a down to earth guy that we always felt comfortable speaking plainly to about the ins and outs of the buying process. He made sure we understood every step of the buying process, which can be a foreign language to most, and got us into our new home in just 21 days from the start of escrow!!! Overall an amazing and painless experience during this tough year. Thank you Faustino for making our dream of a HOME, a reality.
