Where do I begin...! Fay is absolutely amazing, she has worked with my family in particular my father from selling our small condo back in the early 2000's to buying our first home, purchasing a second home for business and now coming full circle to selling that first home he bought 20 plus years ago. She is caring, thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly trustworthy! Fay will always look out for your best interest and will make sure you are aware of every step of the process. Always hands on with everything you need to sell or buy a new home. She even follows up after everything is said and done to make sure you have everything you need.

We are lucky enough to be able to work with her and my family and I know we will continue to work with her for all of our future investments and hopefully soon for my first home! Fay assisted us with our recent refinance. We’ve been doing business with her for over 20 years as she sold us our first home. She was very professional, informative and patient. Our response wasn’t always timely and Fay would follow up with a gently reminder of where we were in the process and what needed to be done. She saved us from having to deal directly with the lender and she made the process painless for us. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Our refi was seamless without a hiccup and we would strongly recommend Fay. Her service was of good value and everything was timely.
