Faye Doyle

Faye is dedicated to delivering the personalized service, exceptional communication and professional expertise that will give her successful results. Originally from Cape Cod Massachusetts, she moved to Sarasota in 2002 with her husband John and daughter Jayde from their home of 28 years in Silverdale, Washington. While living in Washington she served on the City of Bremerton Planning Commission for five years, served on the mayor’s advisory committee for the allocation of Block Grant Funds and also served on the Board of Directors of the Bremerton Main Street Association.

Like so many, they searched all of Florida looking for the perfect community in which to relocate and embark on a new phase of their lives. After traveling throughout Florida on their search, Sarasota was an easy choice. The level of education/schools available for their daughter, the arts and theaters for them, youth extracurricular activities, restaurants, health care, the attraction of outdoor activities for adults from biking to "senior" softball, and the ease of joining the community, made integrating into the Sarasota lifestyle effortless. Of course, the top-rated white sand beaches were considered a bonus!

Having personally dealt in the purchase, development, and sale of both residential and commercial property for the past 30 years has provided her the experience and negotiating skills, which she applies to the special needs of every transaction.
