Fayth was amazing to work with. She has so much expertise on the housing market and can really make what is typically a stressful process very manageable. Her own personal experiences with home projects are also great to learn about, she knows how to get things done! We met Fayth at a home buying seminar at a brewery, and immediately knew we wanted to work with her. We had been previously searching pre-pandemic but had halted, Fayth reignited our spark and drive to find a home. This market was not for the faint of heart, but Fayth kept our spirits up while also keep our expectations realistic. She encouraged us to broaden our search and she guided us through each offer with new tactics to help us stand out. And it worked! Now we have the cutest spot ever, and we can't thank her enough. Honestly, the downside to successfully buying a home is not getting to see her regularly!

Fayth: patient, understanding, supportive, stress free. On a whim I met Fayth at a first time home buyers event she hosted and I am so lucky and grateful to have her by my side during my home search. Fayth is always a quick email, text, or phone call away whenever I need her. I cannot stress enough how understanding and patient Fayth is. First off, I'm not related to Fayth. I decided to give her a cold call because she sold my neighbor's house. And I was very glad that I did. My house was sold in a timely and smooth fashion, to my great satisfaction!

I totally enjoyed working with her on getting my house sold. Fayth laid out a clear strategy from the very beginning and I was totally sold out on it. Once we got started, Fayth had demonstrated a thorough devotion and a great enthusiasm. Throughout the process Fayth put in lots of time and effort, making sure that every single step, big or small, would go smoothly, from hiring a professional photographer and marketing the house on the internet, to conducting open houses, overseeing inspections, and all the way to the closing. Fayth went above and beyond, and greatly exceeded my expectations. Thanks to her, my house was sold without a single compromising incident. This sale would make a great case study in real estate courses.

Fayth is young. But the young looks belie the vast experience in real estate sales and a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. Besides, her great personality and effortless people skills, combined with her upbeat attitude make her, in my opinion, one of the greatest realtors in the greater Boston area. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Fayth. My criteria changed drastically a number of times throughout the process, but Fayth was always eager to show me more places. She was able to work around my schedule as well, which was extremely helpful.

Another thing I truly appreciated was that she came to my closing even though she didn't have to just in case I had any last minute questions. Fayth went above and beyond what she had to do, and that's why I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Fayth was such a pleasure to work with to find our first home! I think we saw well over 20+ houses with her during the height of the pandemic. She was patient with us and realistic with her assessment of the homes we looked at. We went through several disappointing offer rounds where we didn't get the house, but she worked very hard on our behalf to make our offer competitive. She was very responsive on weekends and evenings, something that is essential in this crazy market. Once we finally had an offer accepted, she made the entire process very smooth and easy. She has a great network of professionals that we worked with, and that really made the whole process very low stress. After we closed and moved in, she also gave a great list of contractors and other tradespeople to work with to fix up any problems we found in the house. I loved working with her and have already recommended her to all of my friends looking for a home.

Realtor Fayth Kestenbaum helped me buy my first condo this fall. As a first time home buyer, I felt 110% supported by Fayth throughout the ENTIRE process. Fayth was extremely responsive, and always had nuggets of wisdom, council, empathy, and guidance to offer. I was in a situation where the sellers had multiple offers on the table, and I credit Fayth and the guidance she gave me through that process with my offer being the one the sellers ultimately accepted. After the inspection revealed some issues with the unit, Fayth went above and beyond-- reaching out to multiple contractors in order to help me get a clear sense of how much extra money the necessary work would cost me. My wife and I first met Fayth back in 2017 when we were beginning to consider purchasing our first home. We were new to the market at the time and she graciously offered to introduce us to the process even though we were still content with renting for a couple more years.

This past spring we decided to get more serious about buying and contacted Fayth. Because both of us work in Boston and we have family on the North Shore, we sought something in either Melrose or Wakefield within walking distance to public transportation. Additionally, we had a lease expiring in a few months with seemingly no good rental options. To top it off, we're expecting our first baby this fall and needed a place with enough space. Fayth immediately began sending us listings and setting up showings that conveniently fit our schedule. With her help, we eventually found the perfect starter home in Wakefield with plenty of time to spare!

Fayth's knowledge, professionalism, and upbeat personality throughout the offer, inspection, and closing made it a smooth and enjoyable process. She made herself available to us at all hours, was always available to answer questions, and fought for the best outcome for us. Fayth was a pleasure to work with and she always had our best interests in mind. We moved into our new home in late August and could not be happier!

Without hesitation, we recommend Fayth to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Greater Boston area. If we find ourselves back in the market down the road, we will absolutely be working with her again!
