I recently sold my house in Diamond Bar via one of the agents here, David Yeh. The house experienced some issues with the previous tenants and was not in the best condition. There are seller's agents that cover all the due diligence, and then there are agents that really go above and beyond to exceed the sellers expectations. Stephanie of FEILI Estate is one great example of the latter.
The housing market is a bit tricky this year, the rate is high but inventory is low, the west LA location is hot but condo market is kinda cold. With all those mixed information, it really takes someone with deep knowledge of the local market and marketing strategy to sell, at a good price, within a reasonable timeframe. We were very glad that we got Stephanie. She paid a few visits to our property, got a solid feeling about the property, the building and the neighborhood. She's great at communications: clearly setting expectations, fielding questions whenever we have them, taking calls when we need her help, providing accurate and informative feedback on everything from pricing to home improvements, and most importantly giving suggestions to help us get the most money from our sale.
Long story short, she was fundamental in our smooth selling process, we are beyond satisfied with the service she provided and we would recommend her to anybody who's looking to sell with the most money in shortest timeframe. David Yeh is number 1 broker, I met in US. I tried to find many brokers so I could sell my restaurant as well as my house. For both locations, many brokers tried to sell it for a long time (minimum 6 months to a few years), none of them met my requirements so I was never satisfied. As an outstate buyer, it is critical for us to find a good local real estate agent. After exchanging some ideas with Fei, we traveled to the area to visit some houses we were interested in. Fei sold my previous home in Bellflower within one day, so when I decided to sell my home in Lake Forest, he was the perfect person for the job. He did an amazing job in presenting the property.
