Buy In The Bay Realty Group, LLC was founded in 2017 by Felicity Rollins. She is the broker/owner/visionary with over 15 years of experience in selling new construction and general real estate in Florida, Massachusetts, and Virginia.

Her vast experience in the Real Estate industry includes representing buyers and sellers in General Real Estate, and developers and builders in new homes sales. Felicity knows how to close a deal and take care of her clients. She has sold over one hundred million dollars worth of homes, townhouse developments, and land and was ranked in the top 10% of agents in Tampa Bay in 2017.

Previous to opening her brokerage, she worked in sales and development for Icon Residential in Tampa Bay selling new townhome communities ranging from 34 to 92 units. The communities that she helped develop and sell included the Arlington St. Pete, The Exchange at Westshore, Westshore Village, and The District on 9th.

Her previous experience in the general real estate sector included working for Coldwell Banker, Ryland Homes, and Keller Williams, where she was also a mentor and a member of the Leadership Council.
