Felix was a fabulous realtor for us from the very beginning until the end. From day one he started working with us to prepare our house for the best possible sale at the best possible price. We had some personal challenges along the way and he was always very supportive and helped us work through ALL the issues.
Realtors are often considered to be a necessary evil. Felix is one of the few exceptions. He helped us at every level of the sale including home prep, update decisions, color selections, references for competent and reasonable contractor, and much more.
One example of much more was when we couldn’t wash the second-story windows, he went up the ladder and did it himself.
Another example occurred when we had movers scheduled and came down with Covid. He personally came and directed the movers since we couldn’t be in the house at that time.
There are MANY questions and issues when selling a house. Felix fielded all of them in a timely and knowledgeable manner.

After we had a number of offers, Felix worked with us to select the one that was a win-win for us and the buyer. There were also some issues after the inspection. Felix worked with us and the buyer to resolve ALL of them and close the deal.

We’re totally satisfied with the quality of service we received from Felix Luck. This is the first time we’ve really felt good about paying a Realtor’s commission after a purchase or sale. Think about that statement a bit when you’re trying to make your decision about which Realtor to choose :-)

We were introduced to Felix through a lender who highly recommended him to help sell our home in Thornton. Felix met at our home at 7 pm on a Saturday night with a presentation and CMA explaining what he thought our home was worth based on similar sales in the neighborhood. He stayed until 10 pm and made sure all of our questions were answered.

This made us feel very comfortable and he sounded like he had a lot of experience so we decided to go with him. He knew we didn’t want to spend extra money on staging or updates and wasn’t pushy at all. He was honest about how it may take longer to sell since it was around Thanksgiving and also because the market had slowed.

However, after 6 weeks, we got under contract with a great offer. He never pressured us to dramatically reduce the price in order to sell and understood we wanted a good offer and were willing to wait. We made it to the closing table ahead of schedule thanks to his consistent communication with all parties, and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Felix!

I’ve known Felix for awhile through the Turkish community so when I decided I wanted to buy a home I knew who to call.

From our first buyer meeting, Felix was exceptional. My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor than Felix. We are from Turkey and our English is not great so finding an agent who speaks Turkish was crucial. Felix was on vacation when we found some homes we wanted to see but he had his amazing teammate Byron help out and show us homes while he was away. Even though Felix was in another country, he picked up the phone and answered all of our questions so we could understand the offer process with the language barrier. Felix brings it all to the table! I began my condo hunt in earnest late summer/early fall and chose Felix and The Hero Team to help along the way. I had a good idea what I was looking for in the uptown/downtown markets and Felix kept me up to date with new listings, alternatives, and property tours every step of the way. He was a great help with market info and timing for the best outcome possible, even caught him pushing some of my papers while on vacation!

By November, I had a short list with my new home consistently hanging out at the top. The specific market was a little down because of the current events at the time, and Felix helped keep an eye on and navigate through it. By this point, I had already done the prequalification with his mortgage financing guru Joshua Daniel (also highly recommend). Josh had my limits, expectations, and what I needed to do, well-defined, no fluff or overpromising! The entire Team, and timing, could not have been better! Offer made the day before Thanksgiving, accepted the Friday after, and from there, the experience was smoother than I could have ever imagined! The Hero Team welcomed Danae Hall into the mix, and with all of their diligence and amazing communication, we closed on New Years Eve, barely over a month from start to finish! Our heroes :) Felix and Jesse were fantastic! Right from the start, they were super responsive and helpful. For us in particular, finding a new home was extra challenging overall because it was our first home purchase, we were moving out of state, travel was difficult in the middle of a pandemic, and the market was very competitive. Felix and Jesse were always willing to go see a house for us and do a tour even if we weren’t available. Because the market was so competitive at the time, we had to check out homes as soon as the listings were posted. We made competitive offers on homes only to lose to much higher offers submitted by other buyers. At certain points, my fiancée and I started to feel almost frantic, refreshing the housing websites constantly, and scheduling new tours. Felix and Jesse always reassured us that we would find something great and were really accommodating by doing several Zoom / FaceTime walkthroughs with us so we could take a look when we were unable to travel. The thing we appreciated most about them was their honesty about the homes we were seeing and whether or not we could do better for our price range and the features we were looking for. I got to know Felix through friends and I noticed two things about him that made me choose him as my agent over other real estate friends I've known much longer. First is that he's always so present when you are talking to him. He gives you his full attention and I'm talking about as a friend and person he is like this. Second is that he's very passionate about what he does. I'm usually leary about hiring friends because I don't want to risk a friendship if something goes wrong, but knowing Felix I was sure this wouldn't happen and I was right. My wife and I just closed on our new house today! It was way under market and asking price and although my wife and I had very different ideas of what we wanted he was able to skillfully help mediate and guide us until we found something we are both in love with. Felix we love you, you are our real estate hero! I should also mention that he handled everything for us! Negotiations, lender, processor, inspector, appraiser, title company, and sellers agent. I literally did nothing but sign stuff and email things. He made sure all dates were met and that we knew exactly where we were in the process. These days there are a lot of flat fee companies out there telling you that agents take a huge commission for nothing. This doesn't even remotely apply to Felix. He answered every single phone call, responded immediately to every text and email, answered tons of questions, was always available to look at houses and once we found one he literally did everything. Now I have purchased and sold a home with Felix and I strongly recommend him for either need.

We were in a difficult home to sell as we were off the street and abutted 2 apartment complexes. Initial feedback was poor for these reasons.

I credit Felix for the sale because he started contacting the buyers agents prior to their viewing appointments. He helped the buyers agents understand the home's value and alleviate concerns with the location.

I honestly think we'd still be trying to sell the house if we didn't hire Felix. He's with every penny.

Honestly, do yourself a favor and stop looking for another relator. In a market as hot as the Denver metro, it’s the little things that set realtors apart. Here is what you can expect with Felix Luck and his team - Denver Real Estate Heroes: professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication. Felix and his team made the entire process so stress free and enjoyable, which is very unexpected when dealing with such a crazy Denver market! He really does go above and beyond for his clients, and was even responding to messages and texts after hours to set up showings the next morning! After the inspection, I requested about $1500 from the seller for various repairs, and Felix ended up getting $1900 back from the seller instead, what a great surprise! He also pays for a one year home warranty, a professional cleaner, a handy man for 24 hours, and the inspection! I recently sold my condo with Felix Luck. It was a time sensitive transaction, and I was concerned as to how long the process would take. Felix immediately did a cost analysis of my property and arrived at a price that put my home at the top end of the scale for the area. Even so, he was committed that our property would sell quickly and began his program of advertising, listing and sign exposure. I knew that market was slowing down for sellers and I needed to move into another state in less than a month. He found a buyer and negotiate the closing date that was before I had to leave. We were able to close in 17 days! I got what I wanted for my property and closed the day I move. Felix was a pleasure to work with and always took any concerns I had and addressed him accordingly. I was always kept updated, and any advice or insight he gave me was, always correct and appreciated. Knowing I was dealing with professionals like Felix was comforting, but he made me feel more like a friend than clien. Felix made a stressful time much easier to deal with. Five stars in each category does not even begin to describe this man's abilities in every area. As a whole, we are typically highly suspicious and unappreciative of what most realtors bring to the table but Felix proved us completely wrong. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had fantastic negotiating skills. If you are lucky enough to have him as your realtor, he will do everything he can to get you the best deal and take stress away from you and on to himself, every step of the way.

Felix was a pleasure to work with. We felt very lucky, no pun intended, because he helped us find our home in a very efficient period of time. He helped negotiate UNDER asking price and get the chosen bid in a very competitive Colorado market. Felix' demeanor is very professional while making the process enjoyable. He also has a background in "luxury" construction so he was able to have a discerning eye and knowledge about the quality of the homes we were looking at, which in today's market, there are some very cheap materials being used and overpriced. All in all, our process with Felix was seamless and our family couldn't believe how easy it was to buy a home amidst the market's current environment. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Felix highly enough. He worked so hard to find the right house for us, he communicated effectively and very quickly any time we needed to contact him, and he never pressured us into a house. He gave advice when requested, but was never pushy about a particular property or a requirement of ours. Additionally, he fought for the house that we wanted at the price we felt was fair and succeeded in making sure we did not overpay, then he fought on our behalf to get the seller to fix some things before closing. On top of all that, he pays for the home inspection and a one year home warranty to cover unexpected repairs, provides a handyman for a day of repairs and a cleaning service upon closing. Since our new house didn't require any cleaning, he gave us a Nest thermostat instead. This is my first house purchase so I guess I don't know for sure, but this feels like someone going above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy, and I know I sure am.

Felix is the most amazing realtor. What we loved most about Felix was his honesty and knowledge of the market. He advised us which properties were overpriced and which were great deals. He treated us like family and never felt like he was in it for his commission. We lived in C.A. and were looking at houses in Denver. We could not fly to Denver to look at every single house we liked. He set up showings for us as we were in Denver and we used FACETIME to see all of the houses we liked. There were times we wanted to see same houses again, again and again. He never made a big deal and even it was late in the evening he went back to houses to make sure we like them. He knew it was hard to make a decision and write an offer without seeing a house and he tried everything to make sure we felt comfortable.
WOW!!! What can I say? I knew he wasn't in the business for a long time but our friend said he treats his clients like his family and we knew he was a part of a most successful team in Denver.
And the most amazing thing we choose a house needed a work and got an awesome deal.YAY!! But we were moving in less than a month and we couldn't find contractors do the work in such a short period of time.
Guess what he found subcontractors and help us to get the work done on time. My husband, I and our two babies had a house ready when we get to Denver.
I am glad we trusted him and used him as our Realtor.
We have already recommended him to all our friends and family. If you use Felix as your realtor he will work tirelessly to get you exactly what you want and deserve. He is the best realtor in Denver area.

It is one of the rare times where I wish the system had 6 STARS instead of 5. Felix helped us buy a property when we were out of state. He made the process as pain free as possible.

He is very organized, always on top of the issues, keeps sending us reminders if we are late on a document since we had a very tight timeline to close.

Adding a cherry on top of the cake, he somehow arranged for us to do some additional remodeling work on the house while it was still in escrow.

It takes a hero realtor to pull such a job. Way to Go Felix!!!

What an amazing experience! Went to my first open house at 11am on a Sunday, fell in love with it and was meeting Felix at 7pm that night to put in an offer. We were in contract the next day and closed 10 days later. All while I was working six 13 hour night shifts in a row! Felix was on the ball every second and kept things running smoothly. I can't say enough about Felix Luck. He is a man of his word. There is a warmness and approachability about him that you get the feeling that you have known him for a really long time. Felix and I have been friends for around four years. Over that period of time Felix has been a great friend who is willing to help at any cost. He is the guy that puts the wellbeing of others first before himself. In July of 2017 I put Felix in touch with my Mom to help her sell her house in Roxborough Park in Littleton, Co. During Felix's listing appointment I was really impressed with the knowledge base that Felix's had about the local market. He gave a very real presentation, showing my Mom the facts with no cheesy sales fluff. In the end my Mom decided to list the house with Felix. Even though she decided to list the house higher than Felix's suggested he is still being consistent about keeping my mom in the loop about recent sales and or price adjustments to the houses in her area. He also consistently holds open houses and advertises regularly through social media to try to procure a buyer for the house. I would gladly recommend Felix to anyone who is look to buy or sell their home.

We all have different personality types. I am skeptical by nature and lean toward a Machiavellian world-view. When I decided I wanted to sell my condo, I was filled with dread at the prospect of finding/committing to a realtor. My friend Jacqueline texted me that she had met a realtor recently so I decided to give him a shot.

Felix Luck did a phenomenal job helping me sell my condo! His previous experience as a carpenter was invaluable. I am not terribly handy around the house. We worked together to do some minor things around the condo, such staining the living room railings, repainting walls, and replacing a sink in the upstairs bathroom.

Additionally, Felix is an adept negotiator. My condo sold for $275,000 which was $15,000 above ask price. With the current Denver housing market this may not seem like anything special. However, if you consider an identical comp (in our same complex) sold for $255,000, the sale of my unit feels like a market setting transaction.

Overall, I could not be happier with Felix’s work. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Denver or elsewhere.
