Felix Torres was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey. He began his career in finance as a branch manager and underwriter for commercial banks in Philadelphia. After that, he spent four years as a stockbroker, which was an extremely demanding job. His real estate agent at the time inspired him to obtain his license and start making homeowner’s dreams come true. Twenty-three years later, his love for real estate continues to grow. His background in finance gives him a strong ability to negotiate and create a fair beneficial transaction for his clients. He prides himself on his communication skills, experience, and capability to conduct a smooth transaction. His proficiency in Spanish allows him to assist communities in their real estate endeavors.
