He did his homework on every house and always had several details on the properties as well as the area they were located in. We ultimately decided to go with a build package where we worked with a local builder. Ferdinand was great during the whole process. He took the initiative throughout the entire build process to be the middle man and represent us when discussions with the builder were necessary. Ferdinand prides himself on being responsive to his clients and he always made us feel that we were always the most important. via Zillow.com. Working with Ferdinand was the best decision we made. We can't say enough about how helpful he was and how his experience in the business was a huge benefit. Ferdinand knew all the right ways to present the property so it would appeal to buyers as well as providing recommendations to buyers to show how this property could accommodate all their needs. Our buyer requested multiple walk-throughs after the contract was signed and Ferdinand always made it a point to ensure he was at the property for these. I wish there was a 10 star rating available for the Responsiveness rating because Ferdinand couldn't be more responsive. Whether Saturday or Sunday or in the evening, Ferdinand always made himself available for us. Communication is so important in any buy or sell and Ferdinand makes that one of his top priorities. I can't see why anyone else would use another realtor other than Ferdinand. We've continually recommended him to all our friends. Hoop
