Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, the Land of Smiles, Fern holds an MBA in Finance with 16-year career as a fund manager, an investment advisor, a stockbroker, and a private banker for high net-worth clients nurtured her to become analytical, strategic, visionary, market savvy and importantly, an ultimate problem solver.

With almost two decades of first-hand experience in the real estate business as a luxury real estate investor and a luxury homebuyer/seller, including overseas relocations, before joining the industry as a real estate broker, Fern has ridden the waves of different market cycles. She is well attuned with her client’s real estate needs and expectations, and she is exceptionally knowledgeable and resourceful. Fern’s approach of work is always pragmatic, sensible, and wholeheartedly dedicated to her client’s goals and satisfaction.

Fern values and honors a long-term partnership with her clients. She loves showcasing her cooking skill and personally delivers delicious Thai dishes after the closing of transactions to show them her sincere appreciation. Outside her real estate work, Fern enjoys road trips with her dogs, golfing, autocross-racing, photography, wine and whiskey tasting, standup comedy, boating, tennis, and writing books about her rescued cats. Fern’s animal rescue work and Reiki healing practice since 2010 have been rewarding and kept her grounded.
