I first became interested in purchasing an investment property in Lake Tahoe a couple of years ago and enrolled with Tahoe Lifestyle Group to receive notifications of listings. Nanda checked in with me and happily answered questions on permitting and tourist core regulations during the years before she recommended the perfect condo at Lakeland Village.

She was patient, professional, thorough, and highly responsive throughout the escrow process. I wanted my realtor to be local to the area since I was not. Nanda understands the local real estate market and referred me to the lender that funded my non-QM mortgage. My family is so excited to have this cozy condo retreat. We are very grateful for her services!

Aft,er a long time to decide what to do with our favorite Summer/Winter any time getaway from the Bay Area in the wake of our relocating to out of state we elected to place our property for sale. Of course the first bridge was to find a realtor. I had researched the list of realtors and decided to go with one who had sent me relative reality information on the area, what was happening with the market place. We had to feel conformable with the facts that the realtor would have our interest at heart and also the prospective buyer, a realtor who had a track record that was worthy of their profession, a realtor who was dedicated to assist in any way to present the property and guide us through the steps of placing the property on sale and all steps to the sale itself; Nanda and Jimmy Dozier excelled on these points. Communication via long distance transactions can be taxing... Nanda did an outstanding job on keeping us informed on what to expect, she and Jimmy where hands on professionals to make the selling experience a pleasant as could be experience, from prep work, to presentation to conclusion.. professionalism was apparent! If one is selling or buying Nanda and Jimmy listen to the wants and needs of the individuals and then take positive action to work towards the goal.

We finally decided to make the big move from Oakland to South Lake Tahoe. Jimmy and Nanda had helped us with our last purchase in Strawberry so we contacted Jimmy when we decided to make our move to SLT. Jimmy was always available to us and answered any questions we had. Both Nanda and Jimmy are incredibly knowledgable about all of the various neighborhoods and understood what we were looking for. Jimmy is so down to earth and easy to work with; he made our purchase as smooth as possible, even when issues came up, he did his best to help ease the stress. We would definitely use them again.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Nanda. We talked to a few realtors in Lake Tahoe when we decided to buy a cabin over there, and we didn’t get anywhere till we met Nanda. We talked to her for 15 minutes on the phone and we could already tell how knowledgeable she was. She was also incredibly patient and walked us through the entire process—she made us feel comfortable. We also never felt any pressure to do anything we weren't totally comfortable with and she always made herself available to tour houses or just to chat and answer our dumb questions :) And we finally found our dream cabin. Nanda and Jimmy helped us buy and sell a vacation house in Tahoe. The best team I've ever partnered with is this one. They were able to identify opportunities before they hit the market, provided unbiased counsel with no pressure, and even dissuaded us from making some purchases by bringing up points we hadn't thought of. Their insider market information on Tahoe is priceless. I've bought and sold a number of houses over the years, so I'm familiar with the procedure. I'm also aware of what makes a good realtor.

When we were on the buy side, Nanda opened a lot of doors for us, and her assessments of a home's value were consistently accurate. She was able to bring clarity through what may be an extremely turbulent time because she was very thorough and pointed out when a house was overpriced.

The superpower doubled when she and Jimmy teamed. When we were selling a house, they collaborated to bring us offers and provided us with good advise on how to evaluate and qualify the many components of the bids. We ultimately received a truly top-of-market sale price.

The fact that they handled everything, leaving us completely hands-off, is the finest part. They quickly grasped what we were looking for and would get in touch when they learned of potential listings, putting us first in line if it met our requirements. Additionally, even months after the sale, they had the connections we needed to have construction work completed.

The Nanda/Jimmy duo is the only one I would ever turn to in the Tahoe/Glenbrook area. Although I might be a difficult customer, they have earned and will continue to have my business.

I had the pleasure of working with Nanda and Jimmy. I felt both were very professional and exemplified how a realtor should work with their clients! Nanda and Jimmy worked very hard to make sure I paid a very fair price and in a market like todays, I must say I was very satisfied with the outcome of my purchase. I have only ever worked with realtors who are my direct family, I was nervous at first. But I quickly realized I could trust Jimmy and Nanda. Nanda and Jimmy both respond very quickly to your queries and make sure they do all that is possible to make the home buying process easy for you. They will give you excellent insights as to what you can expect when owning the property and it lives up to what they say when you end up living there! All in all, I would highly recommend Jimmy and Nanda and I wish them the best of luck in their future business.

Nanda Dozier earned an excellent review from our family. We recently bought a townhome in the Ski Run area of South Lake Tahoe. After we determined the property that we wanted to purchase, Nanda was extremely professional throughout the buying process.

Although there are many facets to being a skilled real estate agent, her dedication to communicating with us was top notch. Nanda is incredible. She is responsive, thorough, thoughtful, understanding, and patient. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Tahoe area, without hesitation.

I first got in contact with Nanda when I sent a message through Yelp to various real estate agents regarding a property I was interested in, in 2018. Hers was the most detailed and helpful response, by a long shot. That first property wasn't for us (too much work needed to go into it), but Nanda continued to send listings that we might like for the next several months. She also looked into any other properties we liked, consistently going above and beyond to answer any questions we had about specific listings as well as the SLT real estate market in general.

When we put our first offer down on a cabin + adjacent lot, but then got turned off by the fact that the seller wouldn't let us bring in a structural engineer to check out some unpermitted construction that had been done, Nanda was totally supportive of our decision to walk away. At no point did we feel pressure from her to close on that particular property. Instead, she reassured us that we had a right to feel nervous about the lack of transparency on the part of the seller, and that we should absolutely walk away if we were uncomfortable.

And thanks to her patience and support, we found the perfect home in South Lake Tahoe! Nanda was great with all the paperwork, communicating with the seller's realtors, taking measurements for us, coordinating with the various inspectors, and everything else we needed during escrow. And even after we closed in the fall of 2019, Nanda and her husband Jimmy helped us get settled by letting in the cable installers and mattress delivery people, and moving a big box of furniture into the garage for us.

We are really lucky to have had Nanda to guide and help us through the home-buying process :)

This is a review that covers my experience with Nanda from a buyer perspective as well as from the seller perspective. We've purchased our Tahoe vacation home through Nanda's help back in 2016. The purchase transaction from the viewing/showing of the home to closing of escrow was a breeze. Nanda is very communicative and knowledgeable and took care of all the questions I have as well as seller side might. Although we love our Tahoe home immensely, we decided to sell our Tahoe home in late 2019. Given the great experience we had with Nanda, it's natural we go back to her to help with sales of our home. We had experience selling home before but I was, once again, very impressed with the level of professionalism Nanda and Jimmy shown for the sales process. They took professional photos of the house and post the listing. In addition, what I found neat about is their marketing strategy. They had video of our home posted on YouTube and also 3D view of the house (I honestly don't know how they did that but it was awesome). There were several properties going up on sales during that time in our community and we were worried about the respond rate given it was towards the end of the year. I truly believe their marketing strategy has helped us to sell our home within a very short window. I would highly recommend Nanda and Jimmy to be your agent from the buyer and seller side in a heart beat!

Nanda is an excellent realtor! She was always available to show me houses, and answer all my questions. She always responded almost immediately when I'd e-mail her with more questions. I felt very comfortable going through the whole buying process with her. She let me know what steps I needed to take, and what dates certain things had to be done by.
