As an investor, I have very specifics demands of the people I work with. I expect professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and the willpower to get the job done no matter when it has to be done. I admit, I have high expectations and this is partly because Ferris delivers on all these fronts. Whether it's a business cost analysis comparing rental income or fix and flip potential at 9pm at night, staging my home ready to be sold and cleaning it the night before he has gotten the job done for me each and every time without fail. Simple, it's just simple. If. you're looking for a professional to sell your multi million dollar home or help you in your million dollar real estate business, I highly recommend Ferris Kassar.

Ferris represented me as a buyer for my new home in Winter Garden, Florida and thank god it was him. I went through the most grueling home buying process with my builder trying to force delays and then the lender trying to force delays. Ferris went above and beyond helping me on several weekends negotiating on my behalf, several nights late into the evening reaching out to leadership on both sides as he knew I was under a time crunch as I was moving in from New Jersey and was about to start work the next week. His resourcefulness and willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done is what saved the deal and possibly my work! Thank you so much Ferris!
