As a first-time home buyer, Fery made the process and experience better than I could have imagined. She genuinely cares about your likes/dislikes, interests, and requirements you want in a home. Communication was effortless and she is great at following up and making sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. I had the pleasure of working with Fery Boldaji of Keller Williams Realty Metro Center on the sale of my apartment. She was extremely attentive and responsive. My apartment needed a few things fixed prior to being sold and she had all the necessary contacts to help me get it done. She also got my apartment sold at full asking price and sold very quickly. I had listed it previously and my other agent couldn't even get me a reasonable offer. This was a second time that I sold property and Fery Boldaji was my perfect realtor. I didn’t have to lift a finger accept moving out, she connected me with all the vendors that I needed and she was present for every estimate and appointments. My property was under contract in one day during the COVID 19 and I was so relieved that I didn’t have to have peoples come to my house for showings while I was still living at my house.
She is very patient and honest and almost every day updated me about next step. Lots of good advices how to prepare my property for sale and not to spend on unnecessary updates that it wouldn’t add to the resale value.

Fery was a wonderful buying agent for us. She worked with us in a very tight timeline and tirelessly got us into the starter home of our dreams. We must have dragged her to 10 to 12 homes a day (since we were only both available 1 weekend day a week) for a few weeks.
