Flannan Lum has been part of the Vanguard Properties family since 2011, and currently works from the Pacific Heights office on Fillmore Street. Flannan has been involved in many aspects of real estate over the past 25 years, and has extensive experience with traditional residential sales, residential renovations, residential and commercial financing, and commercial investment analysis for apartments and hotels. Flannan has worked with clients from San Francisco down the Peninsula to as far as Saratoga. Flannan has conducted many transactions representing both buyers and sellers in East Bay cities of Alameda, Emeryville, Oakland, El Cerrito, San Pablo, Concord, Dublin, Walnut Creek, and Fremont.
Flannan is a native San Franciscan and still calls the city home. Flannan was certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association as a tennis instructor in 1989, and taught junior clinics at the California Tennis Club. Most recently, Flannan had been coaching youth basketball and conducting fundamental skills development for young aspiring athletes during his free time. Flannan can often be found sitting in the bleacher of a gym watching local youth basketball teams compete or trying the menu from one of the newest restaurants in the Bay Area.
